When we are given a weather warning we ask our parishioners to consider their route to Church. With wind warnings St Patrick’s Church will receive the brunt of the high strong winds as it is on a hill. These winds can be very strong and we ask that you make your decisions based on the severity of the winds before travelling. On a snow or ice warning please take into consideration the hill you have to walk/drive to the Church before you leave. Although the authorities do grit the hill this is not a priority road and it may still be very slippy. The road to Gaggin Church can be treacherous with ice during snow and ice warnings. We ask all our parishioners to consider the alternative. If it is not safe to go please watch Mass on our webcam.
